Delivery usually takes between 15 to 25  business days. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped.

Yes! After your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number. You can use it on the courier’s website to see the status of your shipment.

Shipping in Europe is free!

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible via email or phone. If your order has already been shipped, we may not be able to cancel it, but we can assist with returns.

You can return or exchange products within 15 days of receiving them, as long as they are unused and in their original packaging. Please contact our support team to initiate a return.
